Held in the delightful 17th century building that houses Sussex Osteopath & Complementary Health Clinic, you need to book your place as there is limited space. You can come just once or as often as you like. It is an opportunity to explore Mindfulness and harnessing those thoughts to enjoy a quieter mind. Your investment? £15 a session, payable on the night or when booking your place. If you recommend this course to a friend who comes too, then you will both benefit from a £3 discount. Mindful Eating and Weightloss Plan

Nicola Preston Bell and Jane Nayar (Natural Wellbeing and Food Sensitivity Therapist) have teamed up to offer you this practical and effective way of stopping that yo-yo dieting, guilty eating and self-critical inner voice that beats you up.

The answer is simple - three sessions with each of us to explore the best foods for your unique body and lifestyle, supplements that will beat cravings and improve metabolism alongside a chance to develop a new relationship with your body with the support of hypnotherapy, NLP strategies and mindfulness techniques. The result will be a more relaxed, fit, slim you.

Once Spring is here we will be setting up a support group so that you can continue to benefit from the latest nutritional advice, recipes, exercise ideas and deep relaxation and guided visualizations to keep your motivation high.
