If you are feeling low, sleeping badly and finding it difficult to concentrate, then hypnotherapy can help you find that enthusiasm for life you are lacking. When the imagination is used to frighten (what if everything goes wrong?) rather that to encourage (what if I do well and am successful?) then the body goes onto 'high alert', sensing danger is round the corner all the time.
