What will happen in a session? |
First we will discuss the reason for you coming to see me, and any background information that will help us form goals together and decide on what you would like to achieve from the session.
Once we have agreed your goals and established how you are going to reach them, we can begin to increase your ability to relax deeply and practise using your imagination in a positive way. When several sessions are involved, we might set tasks to help you chart your progress. Often, however, your goals can be achieved in a single session. |
